Before inquiring about your website, please read the following:

You are a product-based small business.

You must purchase and set up your domain yourself.

You must add Mikayla as a user/collaborator so she can design from home.

You will input your own product listing info and photos, as you know them best.

You already have your own logo and branding ready to go (from Mikayla or previous experience).

I will be helping you design the overall look and feel of your website, as well as some backend details. You are responsible for having your product information available in a timely manner in order to adhere to the timeline.

Your custom project is graphic-design-based. I am not open to art commissions or collabs.

Your custom order is for an item to be used in your own small business, and is not for an item to resell.

You have an idea in mind, and will be as detailed as possible in the inquiry form. Colors, compositions, etc.

What payment plans do you require?

I offer either a "50/50 split" or "in full at the beginning" plans, depending on the project that you select. I can also accommodate other plans if you need, but please let me know while filling out the inquiry form.

how do i start a custom order?

You can fill out our inquiry form as with any project, and select the custom order option. Then, let me know what you have in mind with as much details as you can about your custom order.

How do i give feedback and communicate with you?

You'll receive a client portal once accepted as a client. Your portal will include our chat, project scope, and any other details that you'd need for your project.

what type of clients do you work with?

I love working with fellow small business owners who sell products that they make! You already want to work with me and like my style (see my own small business MadeItMikayla).

what information or content is required before starting a project?

You'll need your brand story and about your business (which you already have, whether you know it or not). Websites require more details, find under our website package. You'll complete a few questionnaires in your client portal to pass this info to me.

what if i need support after we've completed our project?

I offer ongoing support for small tweaks and changes. Any other support can be purchased afterwards.
